Acquisto dei Voucher

1. Utilizzo dei Voucher (La Buca – Terrazza Bartolini)
I voucher regalo emessi da B. e O. S.r.l. possono essere utilizzati durante i normali giorni di apertura del ristorante, con le seguenti eccezioni:

I voucher non sono validi per i pranzi nei giorni festivi.
I voucher non sono utilizzabili per le cene nei giorni prefestivi.
Non è possibile utilizzare i voucher per i servizi in cui è previsto un menù a tema o per eventi particolari.

1. Utilizzo dei Voucher (Osteria Bartolini – Cesenatico, Milano Marittima, Bologna)
I voucher regalo emessi da B. e O. S.r.l. possono essere utilizzati durante i normali giorni di apertura del ristorante, con le seguenti eccezioni con eccezzione per i servizi in cui è previsto un menù a tema o per eventi particolari a discrezione del locale di riferimento.

2. Validità dei Voucher
I voucher hanno una validità di 6 (sei) mesi a partire dalla data di emissione, indicata chiaramente sul voucher stesso. Trascorso tale periodo, il voucher sarà considerato scaduto e non potrà essere utilizzato. La validità dei voucher non potrà essere prorogata in nessun caso, nemmeno tramite il pagamento di una quota aggiuntiva.

3. Selezione dei Piatti e dei Vini
Le scelte relative ai piatti e alla selezione dei vini per eventuali wine pairing sono a discrezione del ristorante e non possono essere modificate dagli ospiti. Il ristorante si riserva il diritto di proporre variazioni ai menù qualora ritenuto necessario, senza possibilità di richieste specifiche da parte degli ospiti.

4. Allergie e Intolleranze Alimentari
Il ristorante prenderà in considerazione eventuali richieste riguardanti allergie e intolleranze alimentari, ma si riserva il diritto di valutare tali richieste di volta in volta e di negare la propria disponibilità a soddisfarle, laddove necessario. Sarà premura del ristorante comunicare tempestivamente l’eventuale impossibilità di accogliere richieste specifiche.

5. Emissione dei Voucher
I voucher regalo sono emessi dalla B. e O. S.r.l., con sede legale in Cesenatico, Corso Garibaldi, 41 – 47042 Cesenatico FC – p.iva 01733340408, e sono soggetti alle condizioni stabilite nel presente documento. Utilizzando i voucher, l’ospite accetta integralmente i termini qui esposti.
