A long story a day that is repeated every day. . . I’m lucky, I do a job that I have chosen, that I’m passionate about even today after 25 years. I do not mind the daily commitment, made up of 16 hours which is not boring. I still have a want to make and to try out new ways to cultivate the quality. I live among the excellencies: my family, my employees and a territory full of natural products, places and friends unparalleled. I welcome the guests to my premises with humor and lightness. . . and above all, I have no “mission to accomplish”.
