It all started from here in 1985, on the magnificent harbor of Cesenatico. It was a return to basics for someone like me, weaned in the legendary “Pensione Stella Marina” of my mother Angela and her two sisters and then during my adolescence and maturity in the restaurant of my father Marcello former fisherman. After a degree in economics and several years to realize that the paperwork was not for me, I eventually returned to my origins and passion.
